Order Blank Stock Direct from Vestcom

Active Users: Access the eBiz ordering portal:  UNFI.vestcom.com

Conventional Stores:
  • Username:  UNFI- 6-digit store number (ex. UNFI-123456)
  • Password:  Store zip code (ex. 12345)
Natural Stores:
  • Username:  UNFI-[UBS or WBS]-2-digit Regional DC number and 5-digit store number (ex. UNFI-WBS-5912345)
  • Password:  Store zip code (ex. 12345)
 
New Users: 

Conventional Stores:

Step 1: Fill out the DSD Retailer Authorization Form and submit to directs@unfi.com and cc: kelly.m.williams@unfi.com.
Step 2: Directs will send your information to Vestcom.
Step 3: You will receive an email when your credentials are ready to use. Your login credentials will be as follows:
  • Username:  UNFI- 6-digit store number (ex. UNFI-123456)
  • Password:  Store zip code (ex. 12345)
Step 4: Billing for purchases will be invoiced on your Retailers Statement.
 
Natural Stores:

Step 1: Fill out the Natural Customer Authorization Form and submit to Kelly.M.Williams@unfi.com and Eric.C.Grady@unfi.com.
Step 2: Once approved, your information will be sent to Vestcom.
Step 3: You will receive an email when your credentials are ready to use. Your login credentials will be as follows:
  • Username:  UNFI-[UBS or WBS]-2-digit Regional DC Number* and 5-digit store number (ex. UNFI-WBS-5912345)
*Use this guide to find your Regional DC Number:
Central Region: 59
West Region: 97
Atlantic Region: 77
South Region: 57
  • Password:  Store zip code (ex. 12345)
Step 4: Billing for purchases will be invoiced on your Retailer Statement.

IMPORTANT: The current Vestcom eBiz Catalog will be only available until May 20, 2024. You will be able to order Blank Tag Stock from Pangea beginning June 3, 2024. If you anticipate the need for blank stock between those dates, we encourage you to place your order by May 19, 2024. Thank you!
